Pet Customization Order Guide

1. Parents place an order for the desired customized product, then contact customer service to send clear daily photos of their beloved pet (multiple angles are preferred).

2. Select one front-facing photo of the pet as the reference image for the main design.

3. Production will commence only after all details have been confirmed and finalized through communication.

4. Upon completion, we will send a video and photos of the finished product to the parents for confirmation before arranging shipment.

(The overall process duration varies depending on the craftsmanship of the keepsake. For rush orders, please contact customer service in advance to discuss feasibility.)

1. Since these keepsakes are personalized custom-made items, they cannot be resold to a second party. Therefore, no 7-day unconditional return or exchange is supported for non-quality issues.

2. Some customized products include hand-drawn illustrations. Please note that hand-drawn works are inevitably different from the original photos and minor discrepancies are unavoidable. Please refrain from placing an order if you are sensitive to such differences.
